Having known Natalie for some time as the property manager for my investment property I was very happy to find that she would be able to market the property when it came time to sell. She gave me a very professional and competitive pitch against two other contenders, and I was happy to give her the property to sell based on her marketing plan and the rapport which we had established.

The property has now sold and I am happy to say that I have no regrets about my decision. Natalie lived up to her promises, and worked closely with me throughout the renovation work and preparation for sale, and gave me confidence in the marketability of the property by keeping me informed of market conditions in the area and by giving me advice on how to prepare the property and giving me leads on some excellent contractors to complete parts of the work which I was unable to do due to time or lack of skills in some areas. In the wash-up, the property was on the market for three days, and during that time she provided me with two competitive offers which were both above my expectations. She negotiated with both potential purchasers to maximise my return and we settled on eventual highest offer, with which I am very happy.

The experience was a very positive one overall and I felt confident working with Natalie throughout. I have to give some credit also to my partner, Isabel, who designed and carried out the staging for the property, and provided a look with which the eventual purchasers fell in love. But it was Natalie's efforts with the purchasers which brought the deal to a successful conclusion.

I have no reservation in recommending Natalie to prospective property sellers and buyers as a woman who acts with integrity and is a credit to her business. She is personable and engaging and is clearly at home in her chosen field of endeavour.
