What’s involved?

• Developing strong, positive relationships with both tenants and landlords
• Conducting onsite inspections + opens
• Negotiating and overseeing lease agreements
• Creating property maintenance plans, and managing a network of trades + suppliers
• Identifying and driving new, ongoing business into your property management portfolio
• Delivering exceptional service

Who we’re searching for :

Most importantly? A fully licensed and registered property manager with a couple of years’ experience that’s positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated and ready to take their current career to the next level.

Apart from that, these things are pretty valuable too:

• A genuine passion for working within real estate
• The ability to work independently, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• A love of networking and building strong, positive relationships with clients
• Determination to set (and smash) targets, goals and KPIs
• Flexibility, and the ability to offer a level-headed approach to challenges
• An ability to learn new technology and quickly adapt to changing systems and programs
• And of course, the basics : a valid driver’s licence, reliable car, police clearance and right to work in Australia
